Grant Fosheim 

Designated Broker – Opal Blue Real Estate 

Born and raised in Everett, WA, Mr. Fosheim began his venture into real estate in 2013 purchasing his own investment properties in Everett. He quickly leveraged his knowledge to help others and became a licensed broker in 2014 focusing on multi-family residential properties and helping clients buy, sell, and manage their buildings. He has always had a hyper focus on the local market, rarely venturing north of Everett or south of Seattle. 

In his current role of Designated Broker for Opal Blue Real Estate, which has over $50M of assets under management, he focuses on owner relationships, strategic initiatives and continuing to refine processes to better serve customers. 

Mr. Fosheim’s education consists of a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and a Master of Business Administration from Western Washington University. Before entering real estate, he was involved in the corporate world where he focused on sales and marketing in the maritime industry. 



He spends his spare time with his wife and two children exploring the local area and trying to enjoy as much of the amazing PNW outdoors as possible.
