Before transitioning into property management, Kaylie gained valuable experience as a registered nurse, working in the neonatal intensive care unit. Her background in healthcare sharpened her skills in communication, problem-solving, and multitasking—qualities that continue to enhance her effectiveness in her current role. 

Outside of work, Kaylie cherishes time spent with her husband and two children.
