With over five years of homeownership and experience as a real estate investor, Rae has developed expertise in updating properties, identifying potential issues, navigating inspections, and negotiating deals. Her experience managing over $25 million in multi-family residential properties equips her with the skills to handle complex transactions, secure favorable outcomes, and connect clients with trusted vendors. 

Growing up, Rae gained invaluable insights into construction and property inspections from her father, a Chief Building Inspector with more than 30 years of experience. Additionally, her work with the City’s Utilities Department provided her with a deep understanding of municipal processes and the factors that impact property values and decisions.
